Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is not available. Orders placed before 9 AM are dispatched from our store the same day, and orders placed after 9 AM the next business day.
You choose your delivery date and time slot at checkout.
The dispatch and delivery date may change depending on our processing time and availability.
How do you send chilled and frozen food?
When any item in your cart needs chilling, the whole package is shipped and billed as chilled ("dry & chilled mixed" in the fee table). A chilled box holds up to 24 kg and a dry box up to 25 kg.
Is all your meat halal?
Yes. We partner exclusively with vetted slaughterhouses and global suppliers who hold verified, recognized halal certifications, and no non-halal items ever enter our facilities. Read more about our halal commitment.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept cash on delivery (代引き): you pay the driver when your order arrives.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over ¥9,000 anywhere in Japan except Okinawa and Hokkaido, where it is free on orders over ¥30,000. Smaller orders pay the zone fee in the table above.
Can I return a product?
We refund the product in full in these cases:
- Expired products: send a photo showing the expiry date, your order number and the invoice of the order.
- Damaged, spilled or rotten products: send a photo of the product or package showing the problem, your order number and the invoice of the order.
- Missing items: send a photo of the delivered package with the items, the paper invoice and your order number. We investigate the dispatched order and then refund the missing products in full.
Report problems with vegetables and meat within 2 to 3 days of delivery, and with all other items within 7 days, with clear photos and your order details.
Can I cancel my order?
Tell us straight away if you decide to cancel, preferably by email or messenger, and quote your order number. Once an order has been dispatched from our store it can't be cancelled.
We may cancel an order because a product is unavailable, its price has changed or for another reason. We will tell you if this happens and return any payment you have made.
I missed my delivery. What now?
You can ask for a re-delivery directly with the Japan Post redelivery form, or contact us to reschedule. If products spoil because of a re-delivery, we can't be held liable.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver all over Japan. Our shipping partners are JP Post and Sagawa Express.

We are always open to suggestions and will add an item to our range if we can. Call or email us with the product you want and we will try to arrange it.
What if an item is out of stock?
We restock frequently, so the item will probably be back. Contact us for details.

We have deals with wholesalers, manufacturers and importers. We only sell authentic products.
